LS20 Mic isn't working or speaker not working

If the LS20 mic isn't working (either boom mic or internal) or you're hearing muffled sound or sound from only one side, make sure that the 3.5mm cable is fully inserted into the bottom of the headset.  If any metal from the connector is showing, the cable needs to be inserted further.  

Also, please make sure you are using the cable that was included with the headset.  3rd party cables, especially those with only 2 black rings will not work for the microphone.
