If you don't love your headset, return it within 30 days for a full refund.
If you are not satisfied with the LucidSound product purchased from this website (lucidsound.com) for any reason within 30 days from the time you receive the product, we will accept a return of the product and provide you with a full refund of the original purchase price.
Limited Edition products:
The numbered, limited LS50X Snoop Dogg Edition can only be returned within 30 days if it is unopened. Our full one-year warranty still applies on all products and we're happy to repair or replace your headset if service is needed. Information about our warranty here.
To request a refund, please visit our support site. Before contacting us, please make sure you read and understand the following terms:
- This offer is valid only in the United States.
- This offer applies to products purchased from lucidsound.com only. Products that were not purchased from lucidsound.com are not eligible for return under this policy and purchasers should contact the retailer where they purchased the product for that retailer’s return policy guidelines.
- This offer applies only to the original purchaser within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be returned in their original condition in their original and undamaged packaging, with all materials and accessories included, to be eligible for return.
- Failure to return all items will result in a deduction from the original purchase price.
- You are responsible for properly packaging and shipping the product for return. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the original purchase price to account for any damage.
- There is a lifetime maximum of two headset returns per household.
- All refunds will be provided in USD and will be processed and mailed within four to six weeks of receipt by LucidSound.
- Refunds will be provided for the original purchase price of the product, excluding shipping and handling charges.
