Please note: this configuration is not officially supported by Nintendo and may stop working at any time due to an update to the Switch.
1. On the go:
Simply use the headset in passive mode (Powered off) and connect it to the Switch using the included 3.5mm cable. Plug the cable into the 3.5mm port on the top of the Switch and use the volume control buttons on the top of the Switch to control the volume. Note: Because the headset is powered off, the volume, mute, and EQ buttons on the headset will not function.
2. Wirelessly when docked:
1. Before connecting the dongle to the docking station, connect the optical cable to the dongle. You do not need to connect the other end of the optical cable to anything:
2. Now insert the dongle into a USB port on the docking station:
3. Once you power on the headset, you'll notice that a USB audio volume indicator will appear in the upper left corner of the screen. Turn this volume up to 100% using the volume buttons on the Switch:
4. You can now control the headset volume using the right volume control wheel. The left volume control wheel will turn mic monitor up/down.
